When working on tasks in a board, it can be useful to view all activity across an entire board. If you’re managing a project and want to see the latest actions and comments, viewing the board activity log can be a great way to do so.
Or let’s say you recently got back from vacation and want to catch up on the latest project updates — viewing the activity tab makes all of this possible so that you don’t have to rely on meetings or email when you get back (and potentially missing out on important details).
By viewing board activity, you can get fully caught up on a board’s latest developments in a matter of seconds.
You'll always see the most recent items at the top of the list, so that way you can view the most relevant items first (and scroll down to view older items).
Viewing Board Activity
To get started, click on the board you’d like to review. Find the activity wave icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
Next, a column will expand and display all task activity, sub task activity, card movement, and comments.
In addition to displaying board activity, the activity tab will also show you who specifically took each action by displaying the names of anyone responsible for comments or revisions across the board. Whenever you need to catch up or review a board's activity, you’ll have everything you need in one place.
