Reports are a powerful way for you and your team to see what is being accomplished at your company and easily identify areas of improvement.

If you are new to Rindle, you can locate the Reports feature by selecting the bar graph icon on the left hand column:

There are three areas of reporting: Overview, Users and Boards.

We encourage you to dive deeper into reporting by checking out the articles at the bottom of this page.  You can review each area of reporting in more detail, and how to grant permissions for team members to access the reporting feature.

In the mean time, here is an introduction to Reporting:

  • In each area of reporting, you will notice a colorful row of boxes.  They are consistent throughout the reporting areas, and track the success of your team based on these statistics:

Created, Complete, Incomplete, Overdue, and Stale.

These statistics are applied to the status of boards, status of tasks, and the productivity of team members.  The bar is consistent throughout reports.  It allows you to see instantly what’s working, and what may need your immediate attention. Note that "Stale" indicates that the item has not been opened, moved, marked complete, or commented on in 14 days or more.

  • Another element consistent across all areas of reporting is filtering by time: 7 days, 30 days, and 90 days.  This is a drop-down that will appear on the upper right hand corner of reports.

Okay, let's go!  To learn the specifics of reporting in Rindle, please review these articles:
